...called for cutting 1,300 state workers, including union and nonunion employees. He said the cuts would save $8.8 million. It should save a lot more than that. That works out to less than $7,000 per person.

Yes he is. I think we have some workers who don’t have any real jobs to say & if he can get rid of them that would be great.
