As I see it Democrats usually rely on a lot of dead voters, so it follows that they might as well run a dead candidate. You know, appeal to their core voting bloc.
In MA one does not need to show ID to vote. I could have looked up someone who recently died in the paper (and
they hadn’t scrubbed it from the voter rolls)...

Now suppose he’s in a diff. ward/precinct than the one I at which I already voted
“Address please?”
“3 Brown Rd.”
“Name?”
“John Smith”
“here’s your ballot sir”
