The theme is an absolutely critical one at this juncture in our history.
The recent healthcare bill usurps over a half century of health insurance and other insurance development in the states. The 2,000 plus pages monstrosity really speaks to the conference's focus:"the consequences for good lawmaking in Congress."
I'm proud to have "campaigned" for James Buckley some 40 years ago.
