When we win the Senate no Chairmanship for him.

Why are the idiot voters, in Arizona, sending this jerk back to the Senate?

He conspired with Huckabee to gang up on Romney.

If Romney could have conspired with Huckabee to benefit himself to the detriment of McCain, he would have so in a heartbeat. You seem to forget that it was a three-way race at that time between three RINOs. True conservatism wouldn't benefit from any of them winning. At least, McCain brought Sarah Palin to the nation's attention.

Yes, but John doesn’t mean it like you think. He’s just trying to lessen the damage to the Democrats IMO. He’s one with them. He’s not a Tea Party supporter. I don’t care what Palin says on the matter.

As shocking as it may seem, and I am from Arizona, McCain has been extremely helpful to the Republican and Tea Party candidates in AZ this year. He really came out for Jesse Kelly.

The people want neither a Keynesian nor a McCainsian party in charge. The incoming GOP had better be better than either of those options.

McCain is exactly right on this. This is not an affirmation of Republicans. This is an affirmation of Americans fed up with Washington.

Give John two weeks. He’ll be back to the same old son of a bitch. His spots haven’t changed. He just wants to sucker us so he can game the party some more.

“So he’s just thinking this is another affirmation of himself”

Funny how everything’s always, or almost always, an affirmation of the person who notices them.

It’s easy to beat on the old guy sometimes, but based on those quotes, he’s right. He gets it. Now if we can get him to hang tough with that (always the million-dollar question).

How the hell did this putz win in the primary?...

Az is NOT a closed primary. Independents can cross over and vote in the GOP primary. That’s how.

It’s time for you to hush up, Juan, you senile old coot. We all know you neither understand nor believe a single word coming out of your lying mouth. You might have fooled Arizona voters into re-electing your sorry old azz, but most of us have never been fooled by you. Say “hi” to your good FRiend, Charlie Crisp, when you retire to The Villages.

It would be pretty funny if it turned out Palin could lead him around by the nose these next six years—after she went above and beyond for him.

McCain: 2010 elections 'not an affirmation of Republicans'

McCain, McCain, you poor friggin dolt. The turnout shows it was an affirmation of Republicans by Republicans, then not-enemies of Republicans, then a few jilted Obama supporters. If the generic ballot goes up from 49 to >55 Republican and down from 45 to <40 Democrat, then it's at least as much pro-Republican as anti-Democrat. But, John, we know you're not well in the head because you've demonstrated it over and over and over again. At least Teddy's dead now and unavailable for you to hook up with. I guess you'll be spooning with John Effing Kerry next.

McCain is only saying what is truth. The last time we had any kind of majority, we blew our political capital raising taxes and building a bigger government. Does anyone remember the bridge to nowhere? That was funded on our watch. If we don’t get it right this time, we’re going to give the government right back to Obama and his Kenyan bandits.
