the actions of the GOP establishment in AK and De point to the article being true
Let's roll! (lettuce-roll)
There was a great article on FR recently about Republicans not succumbing to political hubris. It spoke to this issue.
They will get it after the next election, though, when more RINOs are knocked off and the Right moves solidly into the Conservative camp.
I'm done with all of them. They think they can co-opt our people.
They are WRONG.
I think more people find Obama intensely polarizing than Palin.
Think that’s bad. I got called a troll and I’ve been here since 2001.
Those who are pushing these attacks need to be fired. Right now we have the 2010 elections. 2012 is later. Steele has his faults, but right now his priorities are in the right place. Tomorrow. This strikes me at Romney staff's MO. Make Palin look bad the day before the election, hoping for a failure, and then ride Mitt's coattails to victory in 2012 and get easy employment.
These cowards need to use their time attacking Palin towards something constructive. In my state alone, four democrat seats are in play. Tim Walberg needs our help. Rocky Raczkowski needs our help. Dr. Dan Benishek needs our help. Dr. Rob Steele needs our help. It's not as glamorous, but those seats are much more important than the 2012 primary right now.
Wouldn’t SarahPac be where they should send the donation since she is the one under attack?
Rove has made no secret of his support for Romney as McCains VP.
My concern is not in her abilities once in the Oval Office - I think Obama’s desk chair would do a better job than he’s doing, and she would be a monumental upgrade to him.
My concern is everything to do with getting her elected. If I could snap my fingers and install her in that office, I would in a second. 2012 needs to be a referendum on Obama and his record - not a choice between two polarizing megastars. We might win that one anyway, but do you want to risk another 4 years of this jerk than a safer pick like a Pawlenty, Pence or Bolton? Think about it.
I live in Northern Virginia and know many “independent” voters who are ready to vote against Obama but would not vote for Palin over him just because they’re turned off by her. It’s nice to say screw them, but elections are won with the independent vote. We have them in our corner now, and we are going to destroy the democrats because of it. I want to keep it that way so we can send this buffoon back to Chicago next time around.
Anything from Politico should be taken with a grain of salt
