Michael Yaki is wrong about this statement to
Yaki said those staffers, Christopher Coates and J. Christian Adams, failed to speak up during earlier allegations of bias during the Bush administration. "Neither one of them saw fit to come forward to this commission or to Congress over even more egregious acts of voter intimidation" against Latinos and African-Americans, he said. "I think the hypocrisy is quite evident to the American people and we're going to make that evident in our remarks," Yaki said.
His statement is false. He doesn't know what he is talking about. Christopher Coates very much DID speak up during those earlier matters, neither of which was ever filed, neither of which went to default. The debate would benefit from honesty, and from people making statements about only those things they have knowledge about. Yaki's comments are worse than speculation, they are false speculation. Coates testified that he in fact DID push the case forward which Yaki cited. But never mind the facts, bluster and theatrics sell.
Yaki is a flat out liar, IMO.
Yakity Yak ping!!
