Vote Fraud Threatens Election Outcome: An Interview with Hans von Spakovsky
Gulag Bound ^ | October 29, 2010 | Roger Aronoff

Posted on 10/29/2010 5:56:45 PM PDT by unspun

While Republicans and the Tea Party movement are poised to win a sweeping victory on November 2, a large and growing cloud hangs over the entire election process. While it has always been with us to some extent, new technologies, new forms of voting and a Justice Department that plays favorites with Americans’ voting rights now threaten our electoral system and our expectations of free and fair elections.

In an exclusive in-depth interview, Accuracy in Media talked to Hans von Spakovsky about the various forms of voter fraud that are happening today, with specific examples, and the potential for massive fraud. The Obama Justice Department doesn’t seem too concerned about keeping the elections honest as much as they do about winning. And the media seem indifferent to it all.

Hans von Spakovsky is the senior legal fellow and manager of the Civil Justice Reform Initiative at the Heritage Foundation’s Center for Legal and Judicial Studies, and a former member of the Federal Election Commission.

When asked about how concerned he is about the integrity of the upcoming elections, he replied that “any place where it comes down to the wire, any place around the country where we have a really close election, well, that’s when we have to be worried, because anytime you have a really close election where a small number of votes is going to make the difference—like what happened in Minnesota—that’s when people who can put out bogus votes, that’s when the temptation is greatest, and that’s where it can really make a difference. Any time we have a close election, that’s when we’ve got to be vigilant the most.”

I don’t think the commie libs really want to steal this election from the American people. After the Tea Party came Lexington and Concord. The democRATS might want to tell their illegal aliens and “new immigrants” to cool it with the voter fraud shenanigans. Americans are really pissed.

Please volunteer, this weekend through Tuesday.

Von Spakovsky gives an excellent rundown of the problems to look for.

That's close to Soros' spin on it, but it seems to conflict with the building and breaking news of all the violations.

The facts of prog Democrats around the nation refusing to expunge the registration rolls of dead or moved is astounding.

I propose execution for all found guilty of vote fraud.

Anyone want to second this motion?

Prayer as well.

Volunteers are certainly fitting and needed.

Prayer will do more good.

I have spoken with Democratic operatives who are working on new forms of fraud just for this election.

One way is to send out bad voter registration cards to voters in opposition to democratic candidates. Absentee ballots of those voters can then be disqualified.

Democrats are incorporating minor flaws in legal documents that will allow them to disqualify Republican votes when they show up democratically dominated urban centers.

We can pray 365 days per year and certainly now.

But now is the time for "prayers and offerings" of faithful work, in this nation where all have the responsibility of the leader "who does not carry the sword for nothing" -- nor the phone.

The democrats have one hell of a mess on their hands.

Look at all the money the unions are blowing in an attempt to buy this election. If they fail and the democrats aren’t there to bail them out, there will be war within the unions. They spent a bunch of money to unseat Blanche Lincoln and threw a fit when it didn’t happen. That was small potatoes compared to what they’re spending now.

Seconded and motion carried. The integrity of the ballot is the only thing that stands between our Great Republic and a banana republic. No penalty is too harsh for betrayals of trust of this almost sacred act.

Although I love the absentee ballot(for me)I am the first to cry for discontinuing its use except for people who are truly absentee and also I advocate the showing of ID to register and to actually cast a vote.

Also, we need to pass laws that limit recounts to ONE. The original count and one recount. Also ballots may not be added to the original count, no matter how many are suddenly "found". These two rules alone would eliminate most of the voter fraud and stop elections from being stolen through the phony recounts the demwits like so much.

Shame on the Republicans for not going after voter fraud. This country can be destroyed by a minority through massive voter fraud. I afraid until those committing this crime are punished severely it will be a struggle to maintain our republic.
