No surprise that the T-P endorsed the disbarred criminal Cedric Richmond for potential over Joseph Cao.
IMHO, the Times Picayune (or more appropriately called here, TP)has always leaned left or democrat. It is the only game in town - a town that votes democrat in blocks i/e/ 9th Ward and New Orleans East. Demographics is the downfall.
