George Soros has arranged to have the proposition to legalize marijuana on the ballot, which is likely to bring out a lot of aging hippies and young college students. Democrat voters who might otherwise have stayed at home.

I do these kinds of calls every election cycle. They do make a difference according to political professionals in the vital get-out-the-vote battle which the sleazy union goons are pulling out the stops to help Democrats with in this election. Most people are polite and if they’re not, just hang up! Most of the time you’ll just be leaving a “Vote for Carly” message on answering machines.
I don’t see this proposition as a huge motivator. With medical marijuana pretty much being dispensed to anyone and everyone - these voters will be too busy getting stoned at home to show up at the polls.
Its interesting that last June every sort of invective and nastiness was directed at Carly in the forum.

I’m telling you that Carly is going to win this, watch the Orange, San bern, San Diego county vote I believe turnout will be huge and will carry her to a squeak out victory over Boxer and her Bay Area advantage.
