Obviously the penalty for committing this FELONY is not nearly strict enough.

That doesn't seem to be the problem. What the nub of the problem is is that these crimes most commonly don't even get investigated and prosecuted, because the perps are "protected" by the Dem government officials responsible for investigating and prosecuting them. So the election fraud artists have little to fear and can operate with impunity.

Obviously, We The People must make prosecution of voter fraud a priority that we demand. Those not upholding the law, must be voted out of office or fired!

Any Freepers reading this, who work for or have direct contact with any politician or campaign, should make shutting down voter fraud a priority.

We need much more aggressive investigation and prosecution of vote fraud. An appropriate penalty for conviction would be a ten year sentence of confinement within communist Venezuela, with rolling blackouts, rampant inflation, no freedom of speech, communist thugs seizing private businesses every week, no satellite TV, no NFL games on Sundays, and worst of all, no internet service and FR. Communist Venezuela, ruled by Chavez and his thugs, is of course the direct result of government-sponsored voter fraud in a recall election. That should be enough to scare anyone out of even thinking about getting involved in vote fraud.
