You need to identify the District on your ballot ... e.g Fifth District Court of appeals. Also, I am sure I speak for everyone when I say we are not “helping you with your Absentee Ballot” but rather are providing voter education assistance so that you can make up your own mind. /disclaimer

I am a Florida resident...and I always vote against retaining any of the judges.

Even with the GOP dominating the Governors mansion and the state house.....liberal judges keep getting appointed. It was bad enough when the Dems ran everything....but the Judge situation has not been much better with Liberals mostly getting appointed (which is why I am critical of most Florida GOP like Jeb Bush, Charlie Crist, and Marco Rubio).

vote OUT LaBarga and Perry, lib supreme court justices. I’m not getting any other negative feedback on the remainder. Vote no on amendment 2 and 8 and no on 4,5,6.

Vote NO on the Leftist Perry and Labarge.
Perry is a real radical.
I think the other two Supremes were Jeb Bush people but just goggle their names .

They voted to kill the Obamacare amendments and voted for Gore in the recount !

I would google each name and figure out who appointed them !
I voted against all Lefty Lawton Chiles appointees.

I would your Fl County GOP website for other suggestions.

Vote NO on that Proposed new way to handle congressional seats . Its a scam by the Dems and the trial lawyers.

To be honest there is little chance of ANY judge losing retention.
I vote NO on all judges though I know they will all be retained, just to send a message.

For those who say they are voting all Judges out, take a look at what Wikipedia says about Justice Canady:

Congress, Canady was credited for coining the term “partial-birth abortion” while developing the Partial-Birth Abortion Ban Act of 1995.[2][3] According to Keri Folmar, the lawyer responsible for the bill’s language, the term was developed in early 1995 in a meeting among herself, Canady and National Right to Life Committee lobbyist Douglas Johnson.[4] Canady could not find this particular abortion practice named in any medical textbook and therefore he and his aides named it.[5] He was one of the managers appointed to conduct the impeachment proceedings of President Bill Clinton. He did not seek re-election to a fifth term in 2000, keeping a term limits pledge he made in 1992.”

He might be a keeper.

Vote them all out.

It's the only option we citizens hold in forcing term limits on this branch of government.

There is no logical method law abiding citizens can use to accurately “judge” these judges.
