OPINION:

Well now, imaginations run wild this time of night.

Maybe there are secret, top secret, classified, too small for the naked eye and most microscopes to see — intelligent enzymes eating away at the fuel and rendering it useless.

I know, weird sense of humor.

This is worrisome. All of Israelis’ previous attacks on fledgling nuclear facilities in Iraq and Syria occurred BEFORE fuel had been put into them on grounds that destroying the plants wouldn’t leave the area a smoking radioactive ruin for centuries. Somehow I don’t picture they’ve joined President Weenie in accepting these weapons as inevitable, as this would be tantamount to unilateral surrender. So maybe they know something we don’t...

Don't let the greenies nuclear paranoia seize your imagination. Wildlife is flourishing in the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone, and nearly 400 people still live there, and that disaster was about the worst-case scenario for a nuclear power plant.
