Not passing terrible legislation is dealing with an issue, and Congress has dealt with this one since 2006 and before. Obama and others need to stop trying to buy future votes with US citizenship and deal with the issue by enforcing the law.
Enforce the law. IMHO the failure to come to terms with massive illegal immigration has profoundly undermined the authority of the government and rule of law on every front in this country. People see the cynical calculations on this issue and are loosing what little moral authority the govt has left.
In any case there must be an absolutely secure border before the issue of the millions of illegals already in the country can even be discussed in this or any possible universe. They don’t just want an amnesty for a few illegals they want permanent open borders. The politics of bad faith. Our border is wide open. Mexico is descending into chaos even faster then we are. Drugs. Violence. Organized crime. Mass migrations of illegals.
This nation is being led by men and woman who care NOTHING for the life and death of its citizens let alone their will in this matter.
