All joking aside, it is great that you lost itbut one thing I will say. People are very cruel when it comes to the way people look or sound. People have got to start accepting who they are and loving who they are. People shouldn't pay attention to TV, movies or any advertisements, just love who they are and where a big smile because a big smile will get you almost anywhere. God Bless.

You can’t improve yourself until you accept yourself. I didn’t really make any progress with my weight until I realized that I was worth the extra work it took to lose it.
