COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (AP) -- The Drug Enforcement Administration says officers arrested 29 people and seized $1.4 million in Colorado Springs from an operation accused of smuggling drugs from Mexico. Federal officials say the arrests are part of a nationwide investigation dubbed "Project Deliverance," which targets U.S.-based cells suspected of smuggling drugs across the Mexican border.
