Indeed. The Roy Rogers museum also closed because Rogers has been forgotten by younger generations.

I went there a very long time ago. It was not full then, and that was when NAB was there for their annual convention.

He’s buried in Forest Lawn. Hollywood Hills and the shubbery surrounding him are cut into the shape of the candalbra.
