This is interesting news. As I recalled, the Executive Order was ruled invalid by the judiciary, so this Democrat's vote was really a vote for abortion when he voted for ObamaCare.

I question whether this should be frontpage, but it is about the November election, and it is about Obamacare.
Additionally, it may be good ol' boy Democrats on this board ruling the way they did...

1. SCOTUS will not let this criminalization of speech stand.
2. ALL political ads can be interpreted as containing false statements.
3. Criminal codes that limit speech CANNOT be arbitrarly enforced.

Anyone who trades an actual vote for the promise of an EO is either stupid, complicit or both. EO's can be written or revoked at anytime. Votes cannot. Stupak's deal was nothing more than a fig leaf and everyone knows it. Even the perp. That's why he isn't running for reelection.

ping. May be of interest. I do not want
Susan B. Anthony list to have any troubles.
May be just a case of a losing Democrat huffing and puffing (I believe the Democratic National Congressional committee pulled funds from this incumbent because he was so far behind in the polls.)
