There was a discussion of this on the local radio yesterday. Apparently this pac is not affiliated with or controlled by the VFW, and the VFW has been trying to get it to drop “VFW” from its name. But a formal request for this has to be voted on at their annual convention, which isn’t until next August. So this pac continues to makes these kinds of endorsements on which the actual VFW has no input.

They ain’t trying to hard. This problem was noticed by our Department in 2008 and the National has its thumbs up its lower regions and their fingers in their ears, Life Member.
