Economic reality is biting the Obama administration in the butt again, so they try to backtrack on their own regulations. That's one of the problems the entire economy is having - no one has any way of knowing what the laws are today, much less what they will be tomorrow.

This whole Obamacare gets more silly by the minute.
It sounds like kids playing a game and making up rules as they go along. (yeah, yeah—that’s what we’ll do, no, we will ___)
Is there anything respectable left...disgrace and thieves are all I see in gov’t.
There are a few good eggs, but few they are!
How can Americans expect to build their lives on such foolishness?
