If the pension problem is so big, how can you vote for someone that cut a deal with the largest source of the problem? I agree with you it is not a good choice this election. I’m most likely going to sit this one out.

I don’t disagree - this makes it harder to vote for her. But just imagine a Dem dominated legislature, Brown as governor, and prop 25 passing. I still have a small amount of hope for CA but that would end it.

Sometimes, you have to take steps - and work for Conservatives everywhere else. This is another test of the William Buckley rule - better the R than the D. I can’t even recall who the Conservative option was on the R side in the primary - but they lost...(where’s Ronnie when we need him??) :)
