I want to watch MSNBC on election night to see how Rachel Maddow, Olbermann, Ed Schultz, the morning Joe crew, etc. handle all the “bad” election night news. They will be seeing their liberal utopian dreams fading away, and have to try to be somewhat professional as they will be on TV reporting the news.

What will liberals do now that their liberal dreams will fade out? They might have to watch reruns of “The West Wing” to see how life should be when you have a good liberal president and liberal Congress, all working together for the common good. I think reality bit the liberals in the butt as we see their dreams didn’t come true, even with a good liberal president and good liberals in charge of both houses of Congress.

The best thing that will come out of this election is the neutering of Obama’s destructive anti-American agenda.

It’s gonna take a long time to undo the damage he’s already done, but now he’ll have a hostile Congress to deal with.

Today, Congress. Tomorrow, the White House!

I share your enthusiasm, but it is tempered by the knowledge that they will still have Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, agricultural subsidies and even Obamacare. In other words, liberals will still have a huge welfare state.

If the new majority fails to at least phase out these programs, we will still be going backwards.

"I want to watch MSNBC on election night..."

Same here. Much as I hate to give them ratings, the 6-8 hour angstfest will be something to remember.

I watched them during Scott Brown's election and the whining, sniveling and barely suppressed condescension for Mass. voters was about 1% of what it will be on Nov. 2nd.

(That's predicated on the hope that we turn out big.)

I remember watching in 1994. They all had such sour faces. It was obvious the bias. They just keep repeating the only good news they had, “But Oliver North is loosing in VA” I remember it well. This one will be a FUN one too I am certain. Even more so with so much more internet and the new media.
