No, just someone that sees the corruption in the present system.
Ask yourself this question. You are an elected representative. While in office, somebody known to make large campaign contributions during elections has business before you that requires your vote. You know that if you vote against the person, you will not be able to count on his campaign contributions when you run for re-election. But you also know that what this person wants is bad for the people that elected you. What way would you vote?
