Why do we need “black” republicans? Any small government fellow is fine with me, whether they’re black, pink, polka dot or striped.
How about Corsican, one-legged, pink-haired democrats? Where are they?

when, according to a recent poll, 91% of black

Personally I am sick of ALL the race crap. I could not care two cents.
The reason black conservatives need to identify themselves as black serves two purposes - one it lets people know that conservative is not an “all white” concept which is what the MSM tries to portray...
Second, it lets other black folks know that it is okay to be black and conservative. That they are not alone. There is strength in numbers.
I betcha that most of these folks identify themselves as American FIRST and foremost. As Herman says, I am an AMERICAN first who is also conservative and who happens to be black.
