That means they are gearing up the vote rigging machine. Lots of last minute registrations so that they can't be checked before the election. Those registrations cost money.
It’s called Rosa’s Law, and Obama signed it this week.
Here is a video put out by the Republican party, but I’ve not seen it on T.V. Very powerful IMO.
