Faisal Shahzad, who attempted to detonate a car bomb in New York's Times Square on a crowded Saturday night, was sentenced to life in federal prison today. Before she pronounced sentence, Judge Miriam Cedarbaum said, "Mr. Shahzad, I think you should get up." Shahzad said "Allahu Akbar" after hearing the sentence, and said he would "sacrifice a thousand lives for Allah." (Snip) Shahzad also said he was happy with "the deal" God had given him. "We have laws made by Allah. We don't need laws made by humans."

I say every once in awhile when the guard come into his cell, they hack off a finger or give him a nice wound and just let him linger. Let him thank Allah for the great deal he got when he gets no treatment for those little injuries and subsequent infections. The guy is a pus bag, he may as well be one.
Actually I thought of a far worse punishment.
Put him standing in a 2x2x6 thick clear lucite box. Picture tubes on all sides and top and bottom. Can only see the picture tubes. They are on, all the time, the only thing they play is Lady Gaga “Poker Face” blasting good and loud.
That would make me want to end my life.

The quote below is from the very last chapter of The Haj (Leon Uris-1984)that I finished reading last night. The character speaking is an old Arab Muslim. The book is filled with warnings from the fictional characters but I believe it speaks more of the truth than we hear today from the majority of Muslims - unless it’s a handful of women who have turned from Islam and are courageous enough to speak out. The men are hopelessly brainwashed and have no urge to see progression or peace.
The characters in the book knew they were in trouble and the intelligent ones trusted the Jews more than their fellow Arabs as they knew they were a lost cause. Arabs chose to leave after Israel was given a homeland by the UN but there were those smart enough to know they would fare better with the Jews than they would with their fellow Arabs and elected to stay.
I posted last week one phrase in relation to “speaking of someone like a dog” and of course, it reminded me of the person who pretends to be president of our country. Before I finished the book, it was littered with phrases in reference to dogs being the lowest form on earth. It was their way of insulting someone and boy! do they ever like to insult others. So I guess we know where the man in the WH got his language from.
