Who put the labels on? The first image looks like the Restoring Honor Rally of 9/28.
The 9/12 Rally was held at the opposite end of the Mall - people faced the Capitol.

Who put the labels on? The first image looks like the Restoring Honor Rally of 9/28.I have no idea. The pics were originally posted by someone else. I only did some screen shots of them. In any case, there is a link at the lower right of each image. Perhaps there is more info there.
