Students Forced To Wear Radio Frequency IDs At Multiple Schools

Big brother has taken it to a new level, outfitting student Ids with tracking devices at Santa Fe Junior High and Santa Fe High School. Minus a few high profile shootings, schools are generally known as a safe environment for our children. Why then are these schools outfitted school ids with tracking devices that must be worn at all times?
Are our students going to school or prison? What is the threat that requires such drastic measures? How many more schools plan on implementing these Orwellian security measures?
Patrick Mann is a senior and said he feels like hes in prison. Normally, the one people you would track are say prisoners or somebody thats done something very wrong, Mann said. All students at Santa Fe Junior High and Santa Fe High School have to wear the radio frequency IDs. KHOU.com
This technology doesnt stop when you leave campus. Students have reported being tracked by campus police when they LEAVE the school grounds. Thats right, multiple schools are tracking students through the use of RFID technology, on and off campus.
At that Shell Station, they can see exactly where I am, Mann said. I know that because the school cops came up there and said, Hey, you need to get back to school. We tracked you over here.

This is damned scary. Anyone in public office who supports this needs to be removed from office immediately.

Are our students going to school or prison? Serious question?
What do you suppose the kids would say?

This is simply the first step. The RFID tags will soon be replaced with subcutaneous computer chips.

The Democrats need to keep track of their new batch of “progressive” human property.

We have enough overwhelmed single parents that are delighted to have someone else police their kids, they are probably happy with this.
Seeing what inhabits our local Walmart, this is a tough call.

Just another LEO “TOOL” which like all their other must have "tools" started out with legitimate purposes and have been turned into tools of Tyranny. The parents themselves need to resort to civil disobedience by destroying these devices. They should protest thier school baord until some resignations are forthcoming. No resignations? Then the policy makers should be removed by force in group strength of outraged parents.

I would not wear the RF ID. I feel like I woke up in “The Outer Limits.” I’m glad I graduated high school in 1985. All I can say it is time to homeschool.

Are our students going to school or prison? Hardly prison. Today's schools are more like re-education day camps.

I generally am against all the RFID spying but when it comes to my own kids I am not automatically going to say the technology should not be used and available. Of course it should be the parents choice and not some bureaucrat..
To: Clintonfatigued
If parents allow this to happen to their children, then they can only say to their children:
“I didn’t protect your freedom when I had chance, so now you are a slave to the state, sorry”
Shame on the whole community that would allow such a travesty to become reality!

I don’t know about today’s students, but back in the 1970’s, these RFID tags would not have survived the first day. If the students didn’t destroy or “lose” them, the parents would!
