This is a bigger part of the problem than open borders. The anti-vaccine crowd is larger than most people realize. Ship of fools.

Did I EVER say I was anti-vaccine? I'm anti having stronger, potentially dangerous vaccines to protect us from the invasion. The answer isn't to fight the diseases the invaders bring with them, it's to keep the invaders out of the US. We'll never keep up with new, more lethal diseases as they emerge if we don't control who's in the US.

Just like with swine flu. Instead of closing the border with Mexico when it first emerged and before it spread, we all had to put up with fear of a spreading disease, isolation situations, and the unknowns of a new vaccine. Why?....because obviously Mexicans are more important to this administration than are US citizens.

Uh, when you said:

Vaccines are much more effective today than in the past and the population has fewer negative reactions to them than in the past. The very thing you fear has caused efficacy to improve and negative reactions to plummet.
