Before WWII there was a large fascist movement in America on the east coast. They would meet at Madison Square garden all dressed up in NAZI uniforms and it was a sellout crowd.

FDR even liked Hitler’s form of government.

I however will not survive in a fascist country, just me.

Especially strong in New Jersey, there was the German -American Bund party, and they had fascist campgrounds in the NJ mountains.
