Clearly, a waste of your time. A better approach is to write your local paper and tell them how unresponsive she is and why doesn't the paper ask her to explain herself. Anything you can do to get that info to the public will help.

This guy is a hero in my book just for what he went through in the service of this country, but man the Vietcong musta slapped him upside the head too many times or something.
