The public's dislike for Rahm is so intense, Dems are shoving him out the door---AGAINST his will---hoping that will save some Dem seats.

Best not to remind voters that Rahm was the evil little conniver who manipulated voters, and foisted Obama on the Nation.

IMHO, the mayoral thing is a ruse to salvage RE's massive ego......to make it appear he's still a player.
