How about extinction of all liberals??
One of the most notable examples of proving the Law of Unintended Results was when the deadliest liberal to ever exist on the face of the earth, Chairman Mao, ordered the extinction of all sparrows because he didn't like them. The Chinese population, in their attempt to gain favor with this lunatic, proceeded to decimate every bird in China because they had a difficult time specifically identifying sparrows. This, of course, eliminated one of the larger controls on the insect population and the ensuing agricultural destruction and plague killed tens of millions.
