Dana Bash: Snowe sounds off (RINO praises Castle, attacks Tea Partiers, conservatives)
CNN - Political Ticker ^ | 2010-09-16

(snip)

Visibly sad, Snowe called Castle "an outstanding public servant who was committed to the common good of his state and country."

The longer Snowe talked about the state of the GOP and the Tea Party movement, the more riled up she got.

"Understand, there are a lot of issues that, for example, in the Tea Party that they raise that are legitimate issues. Did we abandon our basic principles of fiscal responsibility? Absolutely. I was arguing those points during the Bush administration," Snowe said emphatically, "I made those very arguments."

"Congress isn't working right and it's not working well, and I share that frustration and anger. They're angry? So am I," Snowe said as her voice got louder, "I'm angry, because I work here ever day and I want things to be different. I'm here to solve problems to make people happy, not to make them sad and angry," Snowe insisted.

And what does Castle's loss tell Snowe about whether there's a place for moderates like her in the GOP?

"Well there are fewer of us so that goes without saying," Snowe said, but then immediately argued that "we can't be endangered if you want to be a majority party."

"It doesn't stand to reason that the Republican Party would want to exclude moderate Republicans if they want to be a majority party. Those are mutually exclusive propositions," Snowe said.

At times, as the Maine Republican talked about this issue, she became exasperated.

"Ideological purity at 100 percent is a utopian world and I don't know who lives in utopia. I've never lived in utopia," said Snowe.

The only question is, will Snowe be changing parties the day after the election, or will she wait until the gavel drops on the new Congress.

Wow. I never realized that RINOs really cared about something.

That this hubris is so widespread is simply amazing.

I’m sitting here trying to figure out which is worse.

Olympia Snowe being an open avowed supporter of Leftist policy and trashing the Tea Party to boot.

or

Supporting someone like McCain and his agenda, claiming you’re a tea party enthusiast, and that he is too.

Oh well, I guess I’m being too harsh. They’re just two sides of the same coin.

They just don't get it. Senator Snowe might want to investigate what options she has for her next career.

Hey, Olympia how many tea partyers & conservatives have tried to throw the election to the Dem after losing in the primary to an establo-Pub?

... the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (H.R. 1), on Feb. 13, 2009. Only three Republican senators voted for the bill--Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe of Maine, and Arlen Specter of Pennsylvania. (Specter is now a Democrat.)

Talk is cheap, loser.

RINOs and the Country Club types are forever telling Conservatives to keep their mouths shut and and support the “moderate” RINOs. When it comes to their turn to support Conservatives, suddenly “moderates” are endangered by “extremists” and they can't stand that!

Tough! BUCK UP! Shut up and support the CONSERVATIVES for the sake of Party unity, just like you RINOs have forever been preaching.

“Hubris, though not specifically defined, was a legal term and was considered a crime in classical Athens. It was also considered the greatest crime of the ancient Greek world. The category of acts constituting hubris for the ancient Greeks apparently broadened from the original specific reference to mutilation of a corpse, or a humiliation of a defeated foe, or irreverent “outrageous treatment” in general. It often resulted in fatal retribution or Nemesis. Atë, ancient Greek for “ruin, folly, delusion,” is the action performed by the hero, usually because of his/her hubris, or great pride, that leads to his/her death or downfall.”

Snowe is just an other dupe of globalist, Marxofascist controllers.

They must be purged from government.
