I’ve been purchasing many items on the secondary market the past two years. Not just because they’re cheaper, but because they’re better made than most of the merchandise coming out of China.
These regulations will only spur an increase in secondary markets.
I heard a caller to a radio show say that when he needs a new toilet, he goes to Canada to buy a toilet that flushes. He won’t buy the ones that need to be flushed two or three times.
