Poor Raghu and Rajinder .. probably came here as immigrants from India, likely worked hard; Nayak eventually became a successful doctor with a chain of surgical centers. Haven't looked up Bendi's bio, but it's not hard to fathom that they thought this was how the system worked .. after all, they'd watched it done ALL the time for years .. ESPECIALLY in IL politics. This is what the American political system taught them ... shame really.
Wouldn't be hard to believe Nayak has that recognizable Indian/Pakistani accent.
