Christine sounds like a truly decent Christian person who cares deeply about her country and religious beliefs(for which our country was founded upon) She is being attacked by the great unwashed who have run our country for decades. We(true Americans)have had enough(I realized how corrupt the country had become during my service in the 60’s) Every president I lived under (from Ike to obamma)has disappointed me drastically. George W. could have given me a lot of hope after the 9-11 overt declaration of war on America, but he failed miserably with his overspending and failure to secure our borders(just to pacify certain voting blocks)
I have no idea how O'Donnell will vote and what she bills she may be able to present, but something must be done to turn this ship around while keeping our security as strong as it is.

Good point. If all Christine's enemies were REALLY about getting control of the Senate, they wouldn't be talking to reporters to trash her.

This is an all out campaign to destroy her until she hasn't a friend left, and is committed to an asylum, where she'll no longer threaten their power.

And btw, they're making an example of her, so no more "regular" people dare run for political office. It's all out class war fare.

Princess Di thought she was being bugged and was paranoid about it...and others thought she was crazy.

Turns out she was right...she was just wrong about who was doing it.

Worse than absolutely nothing, they deliberately did not report on damaging information they knew, and did their best to minimize the bad that did get any press.

The press was working FOR Obama, under the guise of fair journalism.

Need I point to the JournOlist?

They deliberately buried stories.

Was this an open primary? Could the Dems vote for republicans?

In any case, this proves the point that the “staffers”, who jump between parties to work campaigns on both sides; run our government. We have got to get candidates to bring in their own staff from their own states; or nothing will ever change.
~~~~~~~~~~
The analogy:
Start with a cage containing five monkeys. Inside the cage, hang a banana on a string and place a set of stairs under it. Before long, a monkey will go to the stairs and start to climb towards the banana.
As soon as he touches the stairs, spray all the other monkeys with cold water. After a while another monkey makes the attempt with same result, all the other monkeys are sprayed with cold water. Pretty soon when another Monkey tries to climb the stairs, the other monkeys will try to prevent it.
Now, put the cold water away. Remove one monkey from the cage and replace it with a new one. The new monkey sees the banana and wants to climb the stairs.
To his shock, all of the other monkeys beat the snot out of him. After another attempt and attack, he knows that if he tries to climb the stairs he will be assaulted.
Next, remove another of the original five monkeys and replace it with a new one.
The newcomer goes to the stairs and is attacked. The previous newcomer takes part in the punishment with enthusiasm.
Likewise, replace a third original monkey with a new one, then a fourth, then the fifth. Every time the newest monkey takes to the stairs he is attacked.
Most of the monkeys that are beating him up have no idea why they were not permitted to climb the stairs OR even why they are participating in the beating of the newest monkey. Finally, after replacing all of the original monkeys, none of the remaining monkeys have ever been sprayed with cold water. Nevertheless, no monkey ever again approaches the stairs to try for the banana.
Why not?
Because as far as they know, that is the way it has always been done around here.
And that is how Congress operates - And precisely why we need to REPLACE all the original monkeys this November. INCLUDING STAFFERS!!!
Christine is going to have to dig her way through a lot of dirt from both parties to win this one.
It’s going to be a backstabbing orgy of personal destruction.
During the next six weeks, Coons will portray O'Donnell as a flake. The GOP-establishment that backed Castle will hold Coons' coat during these attacks and smile contentedly. The News Journal, The Philadelphia Inquirer, the Philly news broadcasts and the other dino media that infest the state will without relent print and broadcast stories reinforcing the Coons narrative. Most residents of Delaware will come to accept that she is a flake.
And then on Election Day these residents will look at their drastically higher health insurance premiums that the Democrats said would never rise, wonder why they can't find a job and vote for the flake who has been unyielding in her promises that she will stop the policies -- policies in part backed by national Republicans -- that caused the mess this country is in.
This is what is so utterly stupid about the GOP Establishment response from Rove, Kaulthammer, etc.
If she loses, EVERYONE on our side is going to point at Rove and Charlie etc as why.
If she wins, everyone is going to remember that they did their best to sabotage her.
They GOP Establishment mouthpieces face either ostracism from the Conservative movement as traitors or ostracism from the Conservative movement as irrelevant, non-credible cretins.
So either way the Roveites are creating a lose-lose position for themselves.
No Republican WINS EVERY Race. If so, the democrat party would not exist.
Christine may win in Delaware, she may not.
However, two things are clear.
1. RINO Mike Castle WON’T be a U.S Senator
2. A MAJORITY of GOP Candidates WILL Win.
If we don’t get a majority in the senate this cycle, we will be close. Given another election cycle or two, RINO’s will either tow the line or be removed.The GOP will gain a majority that will last... a lot longer than Karl Rov’e’s reputation!
Predictable.
I think making a donation to her campaign for each hit piece published is a great idea.
For a lot of people at FR if this article was about GW Bush they would be happy as hell someone was telling the “truth” about Bush and what an idiot he was.....
This article should be a huge wake up call....something aint right
Is it true? I don’t know, but volunteers in past campaigns would be in a position to know ....and if they are lying...... WHY?
Villanizing every person who says something negative about her is a Very Poor strategy
I couldn’t be more disgusted.
This reminds me of what they did to Palin, including the detail that much of the dirt was being dished up by GOP operatives.
I see this much the same way I saw the earlier Palin episode. Most of the dirt came from McCain people, and I’ve said any politician who hires these people is off my list, I don’t care who it is. Similarly, the people attacking O Donnell are going to want to work for some candidate or other, and their presence on anyone’s campaign is a flashing beacon.
Kristin Murray. Alan Moore. David Keegan. Faithless. Unprofessional. She was scrambling for money during a campaign. She was looking for a game changer. She was looking ahead to what might come after a losing campaign. Thats what they’ve got? She hoped for a gig at Fox? Like Rove, Palin, and how many others? And how many Dems over at MSNBC? Thats what they’ve got?
I suspect that most politicians should not run their own campaigns, and that cash-poor campaigns have difficulty paying bills. They are acting like she is David Duke or something. It is truly bizarre.
The woman-hatred is entrenched in both of the Washington-based political parties. Let’s get rid of them at the ballot box.
Its hatred of anyone the leftists think they should own who doesn't tow their line. That means women, gays & minorities.
