Yeah, and if Bush were having his speeches watched in schools, even voluntary by districts/teachers and parents, Ed Shultz would have called it fascism.

Schultz and Olbermann have small ratings compared to the other networks but they do fill a market niche. Programming for the 100% politically insane.

Where there’s a demand, it will be supplied.

I actually know someone who watches those shows, and you can't discuss politics with her. She's totally brainwashed.

My son’s high school refused to broadcast it again this year. Last year, we parents had to apply some pressure. Not this year. Our oversight made it a done deal.

Channel One is a daily television “news” show which many schools play each morning.

I work with somebody who plays that shit on his computer. His office isn’t near mine. I stay away.

Actually, Schultz has become more amusing than Olbermann, IMHO. Olbie’s snotty rants are totally predictable, but Sgt Schlitz is a hoot to watch, at least for a few minutes. It's like a trip to the monkey house at the zoo. Schlitz is so stupid, and so angry, I love laughing at him. I wonder how much of his minuscule audience is actually made up of people just watching to see if he goes berserk on air.
