Yep. The Court needs to learn that it should leave the complicated domestic (and international) issues of the day, to the legislature, where they belong.

This isn't a "civil rights" issue. No one is telling gays that they can't own businesses, or eat in restaurants or ride buses and there aren't people riding through the countryside lynching them.

I don't want to bore you with all my views on the courts and rights but telling a legislature the law is unconstitutional is one thing; but telling the legislature what laws they must pass, or ordering new marriage licenses issued, should ring alarm bells.

If a law is passed that gives tax cuts or benefits to only whites you rule it unconstitutional and let the elected legislature decide how to proceed, you don't tell the legislature they must pass a NEW law giving tax cuts to blacks too so you don't offend the whites. . But that is the same sex marriage rulings ordering those marriages. They wont rule traditional marriages unconstitional because they know that will raise flags.
