The federal government spent $800,000 of YOUR money to fund a program to teach African men how to wash their genitals after sex. This video is one man's reaction to this news.

Finally...nobama and biden found an appropriate use for “stimulus” funds. I read where it so costs $3400 per “client”. Couldn’t they have hired people to wash others ****s much cheaper than that? Remember about 1/2 of the world’s adults make less than $2 per day.

I thought so. At one point he appeared to be spitting. Definitely a head-about-to-explode moment for that taxpayer. I liked when he said he didn’t have time to wash himself because he had to get up and go to work so he could pay his taxes to pay for this ^&*#@.

$800K. That’s about how much thousands of us have worked all day to raise for Christine O’Donnell. And Obama blows it across the ocean to his home continent like a kiss. Well, I guess genital washing is the closest thing to real stimulus I’ve heard of so far.
