Jews certainly have a day during the spring (at Passover time) and there may even be another day coming up (at Succot time). It's a marketing gimmick. For the Jews who come they promise to have Kosher food available, but the park isn't closed to others and I'm pretty sure the usual fare is available. I was once there on some sort of Amish Day. No big deal. One just noticed people dressed differently.
