“””and that if given the choice to do it over again, he would have never proposed building it near ground zero”””

Why do I find it hard to believe he is telling the truth?
Could the pattern of lying by Muslims be the reason?
“””The Imam is right. I read some people criticising his comments. The problem is a lot of Americans have never lived outside their own states and a lot more have never lived outside the United States. In America, we have the progressives, the moderates and the conservatives. In the Islamic world, there is nothing like liberalism in their books, they are either moderates or radicals and there is a thin line separating them and one thing that may change any of the moderate view is a perceived belief that their Religion is under attack.. That is what the Imam was trying to explain. I watched the girl on ABC arguing against this views of the Imam. Well, I must say even though she is a moslem, she really knows very little about the way of life of the moslems. Islam is a peaceful religion but a lot of them believe in the Jihad and will fight for that right. I do not think the Imam will build the cultural centre anymore but he wont give in to the idea now. Not just now.”””

The above is one of those comments.
To think that Muslims are only moderate or radical and there is very little keeping a moderate from becoming a radical is quite a statement.
Lying to infidels is encouraged by the koran (wrap it in bacon, then piss on it, then put gas on it, and then burn it). Opps, little bit crabby tonight. Better hit the hay!
