If I was a jury member, anyone ‘guilty’ of doing that to them wouldn’t have to worry about going to jail.
And why can't a class action lawsuit with the taxpayers as plaintiffs being robbed of services diverted to pensions be successful?
Most of these people will be re-elected or keep their appointmentships.

Attention America: this is where you tax dollars are really going. These are part of the private and secret slush funds they don’t want you to know about.
This is why I children are uneducated; we have no roads and on and on and on.
They steal. We should not only get rid of them; take away or slash their pensions; all their pensions and send them to jail.
There will be plenty of room in the jails when we deport the illegals.
Of course, if you could get half the voters to pay attention and vote against the lowlifes before they can realize their dream, it would be helpful.

I'm thinking more about going after the $1,500,000 campaign funds Daley wants to convert to his retirement. Of course the lawyers would have to find donors who would be willing to be plaintiffs. But, its enough money to motivate an ambitious upstart lawyer.
