Jeffery Goldberg, of The Atlantic, recently went to Cuba and had an interview with elderly retired dictator Fidel Castro. Goldberg recounted what transpired in a recent article. Castro had some surprising things to say.
For one thing, tyrant to tyrant, Fidel Castro had some advice to Iranian dictator Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The former dictator of Cuba admonished the current Iranian dictator for the latter's anti-Semitism. Castro suggested that Ahmadinejad's hatred of Jews was moving Iran into a confrontation with Israel and the United States that might well spark a nuclear war.

Well, I learned a few things, first, dictators actually retire, that’s a new one. And maybe even Fidel can look back on his life and realize he was wrong (a stretch, but who knows).
Apparantly Fidels understudy Hugo Chavez didn’t get the memo.
