As a Christian, I have brothers and sisters IN Christ. I do not have any Muslim brothers and sisters. My Father is the Father of the Son of God. The father of the Muslims is Satan. I know that this sounds harsh, but this is what the Scriptures teach. If anyone has a problem with this, take it up with God.
