One source says 38%. Not enough.

Since 93% of all blacks vote dim (and voted for obama... and support obama today)... and these figures are as accurate as polling can get... how are they going to do anything more than vote like they always do? They will have no effect nationally... they can just continue to send their crooks named rangel, lee, waters and conyers etc to Congress to do their bidding and stealing.
