I recall some years ago a man climbed the Sears Tower in Chicago. He used hooks in the automated window washer rails for grip supports. Many people thought he should not be arrested even though he did many thousands of dollars of damage to the building.
You are responsible for your actions.

There would be some irony if the "wash" from the helicopter blades swept him off the building so near the top.
