EL PASO - It's been almost a year but the drought in the F.B.I. public corruption probe is over. Eleven people have been indicted for dirty politics.
The indictment, just unsealed, lists all of the charges that center around a pay-to-play investigation involving a Health Insurance Company. The indictment alleges Access Health Source kept contracts by committing fraud and bribing high ranking leaders in El Paso.
Here's a look at who was indicted:
Access Health Source business executive Frank Apodaca Jr. and Public Relations Consultant Marc Schwartz. They are both charged with racketeering, mail fraud and deprivation of honest services.
Next indicted was former El Paso County Commissioner Larry Medina. He's charged with racketeering, mail fraud and deprivation of honest services.
Let's not forget about El Paso Attorney Luther Jones, El Paso County District Clerk Gilbert Sanchez, Attorney David Escobar, the former Y.I.S.D. Board President Mickey Duntley, Socorro School Trustee Charlie Garcia, and fellow board member Ray Rodriguez. All of them are charged with racketeering, fraud, and deprivation of honest services.

Mexican corruption is multiculturalism for government officials. These laws against Mexican-American corruption are racist!
El Paso must have non-partisan elections. Otherwise, the article certainly would have listed the defendants’ political party.
No mention of party affiliation means that they are democRATS
