Your link goes to an article about Jeb Bush. This is sinister and inscrutable.

Oops. I was thinking of the comPost.

The Times is the good Washington paper.

But I guess nobody is reading newspapers anymore.

Too bad, but expected. The dinosaur media are that mostly because of technology and popular preferences; it’s not just political leanings.

The Washington Times suffered from its connection to the Rev. Moon.

Shame that Rupert Murdoch didn’t buy it. Or a bunch of FReepers.

From Wikipedia:
With its conservative editorial bent, the paper also became a crucial training ground for many rising conservative journalists and a must-read for those in the movement. A veritable who’s who of conservatives — Tony Blankley, Frank J. Gaffney Jr., Larry Kudlow, John Podhoretz and Tony Snow — has churned out copy for its pages.

This sounds like good news. I hope the new owners will permit the WT to rehire some of the staff.
