I propose a tax break for all the senior citizens who save them up, neatly flatten them and roll them up, secure them with a rubber band and stow them in kitchen drawers.
These venerable citizens are single handedly saving the planet from environmental ruin!
A while back I was cleaning out the garage and came across one of those large plastic leaf bags, it was bulging full but tied off at the end. I thought, “oh great, my wife has filled it so full, I won’t be able to lift it”.
I picked it up and it was very light. My wife had it stuffed full of W-M and other grocery bags. It went straight to the curb for pick up day.
