It's pretty irresponsible of the FBI to speculate publicly about this. Either investigate and charge, or keep quiet; but don't say the guy could have had guilty knowledge and leave him stuck with proving he didn't.

These 'spies' have been here and were known by the FBI/CIA for a long time. Same goes on the other end(Russia).
Why, now, are they being rounded up, publicized, and then returned to their mother country?
This is the kind of thing you do after the war is over, and one side WON.
